How to Join an Organization When You Already Have an Enrollstar Account

One of the great benefits of using Enrollstar is that you can manage multiple memberships from one single application. The time will come when you want to join an organization and could not finish the process but created a username and password or you want to join a second organization. This tutorial will walk you on how to complete this process.

  1. Go to the organization join page. Typically the organization will send you this link for you to complete.
  2. You will see a page that contains the plans you can purchase from this organization. Select the plan you want to buy by clicking "Join".Enrollstar - Plans Page
  3. A new screen will load where you can create a new Enrollstar account, since you already have one, click on "Existing Account" above the form.Enrollstar - Create Account Screen
  4. Enter your username and password and click "Login".Enrollstar - Login Existing Account
  5. A new screen will appear that has the amount you will pay on a button with the word "Pay". Click on the pay button. No chagres will be made yet.Enrollstar - Pay Membership
  6. A pop-up will show up for you to enter your credit card details if none are on file. Enter your card details and press "Pay" at the end of the form. Your payment will be processed and you will be re-directed to your memberships page. Enrollstar - Payment Screen
